Some days it feels like sheer willpower is what keeps a person standing, until one message, one tense conversation, or one unexpected expense shows how fragile that balance really is. In that moment, there is quiet relief in discovering that strength does not have to be manufactured from within alone. Its source can be beyond us and still close enough to steady our breath.
Today that may look as simple as pausing for a minute in the middle of pressure. Without solving everything at once, the heart can remember it is not carrying the whole weight by itself. Then gratitude becomes less dramatic and more like a settled center, and even in a hard day, something like a song begins to return.
