Goodness Through the Crack

Some wounds do not become meaningful just because time passes. A harsh word, being overlooked, the quiet sting of unfairness can remain what they are: painful. This verse does not rename harm as good. It offers a steadier thought: human intention is not the final border of a life held by God.

Sometimes that becomes visible in an ordinary moment, like walking after a tense conversation and noticing your heart soften instead of harden. The event itself was not good, yet something living may still grow through it: patience, clarity, mercy for someone else. Even before everything is resolved, goodness can begin its work in hidden ways.
