Kadıköy Meetups applications
The data controller is the Kadıköy Kilise site operator. Scheduled event registrations and private group requests collect your name, email, optional phone, adult/child counts, and any preferred date and request text. Children’s names, religious or health details and identity documents are not requested. These details are not published publicly.
The information is used to review your request, verify your email address, manage participation and capacity, send event confirmation, cancellation and programme-change messages, and respond to your request. Acknowledging the privacy notice is not marketing consent and does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Only authorised site administrators access application records. The recipient email address and necessary message content are processed through Purelymail for email delivery. General information about hosting, email technical records and international data transfers appears elsewhere on this page.
Personal fields in event registrations are anonymised 90 days after an event ends or is cancelled. Personal fields in private requests are anonymised 90 days after a request is closed. Unverified applications are included in this cleanup. Aggregate participation counts that cannot be linked to an individual may be retained.
You can withdraw participation using the secure cancellation link sent to you. Contact the site operator at the email address below to request information, correction, deletion or exercise other KVKK rights.
